摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后免疫功能的变化。方法运用流式细胞仪检测恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后免疫活性细胞,采用全自动免疫比浊术检测其免疫球蛋白。结果化疗前CD3+,CD4+,CD8+及NK细胞明显降低,化疗后CD3+,CD4+及NK细胞显著增高,达到正常对照组水平,而免疫球蛋白在化疗前后无明显变化。结论免疫活性细胞的检测对恶性肿瘤患者的治疗与预后判断具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the change between before and after chemotherapy with immune function in malignant carcinoma patients. Methods Immune activity cells were detected by flow cytometry and immunoglobulin was detected by immune turbidimetry. Results Before chemotherapy, CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD5^＋ and NK cells significantly decreased.At the end of chemotherapy CD3^＋,CD4^＋ and NK cells were significantly higher than normal levels, while immunoglobulin had no obvious change.Conclusion Clinical analysis of immune activity cells in patients of malignant carcinoma is very valuable for treatment and prognostic evaluation.
