摘要
由于医学研究生行业的特殊性,其心理健康问题容易被社会群体所忽视,而他们的心理健康状况会影响到个人未来的发展,同时也关系到我们医疗事业的未来走向。本文在阅读大量文献的基础上,对我国医学研究生这个特殊群体的心理健康现状、影响他们心理健康的因素展开探析,并提出相应的对策。以加强医学研究生心理健康教育和心理健康指导。
The mental health of medical graduates is easily ignored by society because of the particularity of their profession, but their mental health will affect their future development as well as the tendency of medical undertakings in China. This paper studies the conditions and influencing factors of the mental health of medical graduates on the basis of textual research, and offers corresponding solutions to the improvement of their mental health education and instruction.
