摘要
目的:了解毕业班研究生这一特殊群体的心理健康状况,为相关部门做好研究生的教育和心理咨询工作提供参考依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对安徽省四所医学院校248名毕业班研究生进行问卷。调查。结果:当前医学院校毕业班多数研究生心理健康状况优于或与中国正常成人的心理健康状况相近;但也存在一些心理健康问题,总体筛查阳性率为24.19%,而且不同性别、不同血型、婚否、是否有工作经历及就业压力大小的研究生心理健康水平存在差异;更值得关注的就业压力大小、婚否与心理健康之间有较大的相关性。结论:关注毕业班研究生教育工作特别是就业指导和心理健康服务仍然是当务之急。
Objective To study mental health condition of graduate students in graduating class, which would be reference basis for education and consultation. Methods 248 graduate students in graduating class of four medical colleges are surveyed with SCL-90. Resuits For the major graduate students, the mental health condition is better than or same as that of normal adults, but there still exists some problems of mental health. The total screening positive rate is 24.19%, and there have differences between different gender, blood type, marital status, experience and employment stress. What should be paid more attention to is the high correlation between the mental health and marital status or employment stress. Conclusion It is still very important to concern the education of graduate students in graduating class, especially the employment guidance and mental health service.
