摘要
粪便和秸秆堆肥处理是实现农业废弃物资源化利用的有效途径。为此,以牛粪和红薯秸秆为原料,研究其3种不同配比在有无发酵菌剂条件下的静态好氧堆肥过程,以期选出最适宜的发酵配方。试验结果表明:各处理温度在第2天都迅速升高,第6天开始下降,19天后温度基本保持不变,接近于室温;pH值在堆肥过程中先升高后降低,堆肥后期稳定在8.3~8.8之间,而全氮含量则表现为先降低后升高;各处理电导率、速效氮含量和发芽指数在堆肥过程中逐渐升高,而有机质含量则逐渐降低。堆肥红薯秸秆1.6kg加菌剂处理温度最高,发酵过程快;高温阶段pH最高,堆肥结束后pH最小;速效氮和发芽指数均高于其他堆肥处理。试验证明,红薯秸秆1.6kg加菌剂处理为3种配比中最佳堆肥配方。
The compost of manure and crop stalks is an effective way of utilization of agriculture waste.Three various ratio of Cow dung and sweet potato stalk were utilized to evaluate the static aerobic compost with/without addition of zymophyte,the aim was to find the optimal ratio of the two materials.The results showed that compost temperature increased rapidly after second day,decreased after sixth day,and declined to the room temperature after nineteenth day.Compost pH value increased first and then decreased,which fluctuated between 8.3-8.8 during the late compost process,while total nitrogen content first decreased and increased then.The electrical conductivity,alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen,and germination index increased,while organic matter decreased in the compost process at all treatment.the compost treatment of sweet potato 1.6kg with addition of zymophyte had the maximum value of temperature,alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen and germination index.The pH was the highest in the high temperature process,while the minimum at the last of compost process.That indicated that compost treatment of sweet potato 1.6kg with addition of zymophyte was the optimal ration in the three treatment.
