摘要
利用鸡粪和锯末在自动化高温堆肥装置中进行堆肥试验,并引入两种外源微生物:FM菌和EM菌,探讨了二者对堆肥过程氮素保存和堆制效果的影响。结果表明,两种外源菌对水溶性氨态氮的转化和水溶性有机氮的形成都有明显的促进作用,对氮素保存有较好的效果。其中,FM菌对促进有机碳的分解、有机氮的形成和缩短堆肥时间更为有利。
A compost test in an automatic compost device using chicken manure and sawdust was conducted to study the effect of two kinds of inoculating microbes on the composting manure and nitrogen contents and forms. The results indicated that the amendment of inoculating microbes FM could significantly increase total N and organic nitrogen, speed maturity of the compost and shorten reaction time , EM also could preserve total N.
