鸡粪堆肥过程中各种碳有机化合物及腐熟度指标的变化 被引量:55

摘要 通过对鸡粪在堆肥过程中各种碳有机化合物变化的研究,探讨了鸡粪堆肥腐熟度评价指标。结果表明,DOC/TC、KOS、HR、H/F、E4/E6和△logk适合作为堆肥腐熟度评价指标,即DOC/TC为0.213、KOS为0.52、HR为27.45%、H/F为1.15、E4/E6为7及△logk为0.849时鸡粪堆肥基本达到腐熟。由于这仅包括与碳素相关的化学指标,在判断堆肥腐熟度时,应结合其他各项指标(包括生物学、化学、物理学指标)综合判断。 Assessment of compost maturity is important in successful use of composts on agricultural production as a recycling strategy. Unfortunately, the evaluation system for assessing different composts for their stability and quality is still not well documented. The objective of this study is to establish a reliable compost stability test for chicken manure. Based on analysis of dynamic changes of all kinds of organic carbons in composting of chicken manure at a commercial composting facility, we measured total C (TC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), readily oxidation carbon (ROC), humic substances (HS), humic acid(HA, fulvic acid(FA)and optical properties at selected times over 100 day processing. The results showed that TC, DOC/TC, ROC/TC and K05 were stabile after 60 d in composting indicating that the final product is stable and they may be considered as the most adaptable parameters, while the indexes of HR, HA, FA, H/F, E5/E6 and Alogk either increased or decreased gradually after that time, therefore they may be considered as common parameters. At the same time, through correlation analysis among all kinds of organic carbons, DOC/TC, KOS, HR, H/F, E4/E6 and alogk could be expressed as maturity indicators, namely, chicken manure may be regarded in maturity if DOC/TC, KOS, HR, H/F, E4/E6 and Alogk have 0.213, 0.520, 27.45, 1.15, 7, and 0.849, respectively. Certainly, maturity of the composting should be evaluated by various parameters (including biological, chemical, and phyto-toxicological parameters).
