摘要
以STC12C5410AD单片机为载体,设计了一套基于可编程计数器阵列(PCA)模块的变量喷施控制系统。该系统是以喷雾机前进速度、杂草密度信息为输入量、以喷药量和压力变化为输出的双输入双输出系统,并对其进行了仿真研究。仿真及实验结果证明,该系统能根据车具行进速度和杂草密度而实时改变喷药量以及管路压力的大小,误差精度小于5%。
This paper is based on STC12C5410AD microcontroller,which designs a set of variable spraying control system on its PCA model.This system inputs according to car’s moving velocity and weeds’density information,and outputs according to both gush dosage and pressure change.And this paper has a research on simulate research.The result shows that this system can timely change the spraying quality and pressure of channel according to the cars’moving velocity and weeds’density information.The error is not more than 5%.
