车载喷雾机变量施药控制系统的设计 被引量:3

Design of Controlling System for Variable Rate Spraying Based on Microcontroller

摘要 将基于单片机的控制系统应用于农业生产过程中,实现了变量施药作业,提高了农药利用率,减少农药残留和环境污染。该系统采用单片机作为控制核心,能够根据需要自动地调节喷雾量。为此,阐述了施药系统的变量原理,重点介绍了控制系统硬件电路和软件程序的设计。仿真和田间实验表明,该系统稳定可靠,可操作性好,能够满足农业生产的要求。 The controlling system based on single-chip microcomputer is applied to agricultural production;the purpose of variable spraying is realized.Efficiency about pesticide is increased;residual pesticide and environmental pollution are reduced.The system takes microcontroller as the core control chip and can regulate the quantity of spray automatically depend on needed.The theory of variable spraying system is explained,design on circuit and program for control system is introduced importantly.Through simulating in lab and experimenting in field,the system is steady,reliable and operational;the need of agricultural production can be satisfied.
