摘要
针对人工喷施秸秆青贮添加剂不能满足秸秆饲料质量要求及劳动强度大等问题,基于单片机AT89S52设计了一种添加剂变量喷施控制系统。该系统通过对秸秆揉切机喂入辊开度和主轴转速变化信息进行采集和处理,进而根据处理结果调节脉宽调制信号的占空比,控制喷头的喷施量。经MATLAB对系统进行仿真,结果表明:系统响应时间为0.38s,超调量约为18.0%,稳态误差在±2.0%以内,能够满足混合喷施的要求。
Aimed at the problems that artificial spraying of straw silage additives has been far from adequate to meet the quality requirements of straw forage and labor intensity was great,this paper designed a variable spraying control system of silage additives on the basis of singlechip AT89S52.The variable information of inlet roller opening and cutter spindle speed of straw kneading machine was collected and processed,according to which to adjust the duty cycle of PWM and control the flow rate.The system was simulated successfully with the MATLAB platform.The results show that response speed is 0.38s;overshoot is about 18.0%;steady state error is within ±2.0%,which can meet the requirement of mixing spraying according to definite proportion.
