基于ANSYS的甘蔗联合收获机剥叶元件优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 甘蔗剥叶元件是甘蔗联合收获机的关键易损部件,其结构尺寸是影响使用寿命的关键因素。为此,采用虚拟试验分析的方法,通过对甘蔗收获机剥叶机构剥叶元件工作过程中的受力分析,以ANSYS软件为平台建立了剥叶元件的有限元模型;按数值模拟正交试验原理,分析了剥叶元件排数、长度、宽度和厚度对其所受最大应力的影响,并对其形状尺寸参数进行了优化设计及生产验证。结果表明,剥叶元件外形尺寸为长度110mm、宽度16mm、厚度14mm,剥叶元件使用两排时,能显著降低剥叶元件承受的最大应力,并使甘蔗叶的剥净率较改进前提高了15%以上,剥叶元件的使用寿命较改进前提高了3倍左右。 The cleaning element is the vulnerable parts of sugarcane combine harvester,and its structure size is the key factor of affecting the machine's life.The paper analyzes the state of the cleaning procedure and the reacting force to which the cleaning element is subjected.Virtual test analysis method is used to analyzes the cleaning element's rows,length,width and thickness how to impact the suffered maximum stress,then optimal design the shape of the size was obtained which was used to verify production.The results show that,the optimal design parameters of the cleaning element was obtained,that is the rows 2,the length 110mm,the thickness 14mm and the width:16mm.The use of two rows and above elements was able to significantly reduce the maximum stress,which also make the rate of cleaning increase by 15% higher than before and improve the life of cleaning element by 3 times.
