摘要
文章在大量文献研究和对蔗农、园林、农机制造企业调研的基础上,仔细分析了现有甘蔗剥叶机构的优缺点,提出了一种新的小型高效甘蔗剥叶机构的设计方案,以适应不同的甘蔗杆身直径和杆身弯曲度。最后,针对我国目前的现状,提出了甘蔗剥叶机的研制原则。
On the basic of reading relevant literature and investigation on sugarcane planter,garden and agricultural machine manufacturing,the advantage and disadvantage of existing sugarcane detaching machine is analyzed in detail,and puts forward a design scheme of a new small high-efficiency sugarcane detaching machine to adapt different range of out-diameter and bending degree.At last, according to the status of sugarcane detaching machine in our country,this paper indicated the research principles of sugarcane detrashing machine.
