摘要
阐述了小型甘蔗剥叶机研究开发的基本思路。剥叶机的设计采用虚拟样机技术并结合试验修正的方法 ,首先根据剥叶的功能需求 ,分析蔗叶剥离的运动机理 ,初步确定剥叶机的总体方案 ;对剥叶机的核心元件———剥叶元件的设计是一个多因素、多目标的设计优化问题 ,采用基于正交试验的虚拟分析设计方法 ,并利用大型统计学软件SPSS对试验结果进行回归分析 ,从而快速有效地找出剥叶元件的最佳参数 ;最后经过整机的装配、仿真分析 ,并经过试验的修正 。
The basic train of thought for the research and development of small-sized sugarcane leaf peeling off machine was expounded. The method of virtual prototype technology combined with experimental modification was adopted for the design of leaf peeling off machine. Firstly, motion mechanism for the peeling off of sugarcane leaves was analyzed according to functional requirement of leaf's peeling off, and then the overall scheme of leaf peeling off machine was decided preliminarily. The design of leaf peeling component—kernel element of leaf peeling off machine—is an optimal designing problem with multi-factors and multi-targets. By adopting virtual analytical designing method based on orthogonal experiment and utilizing large-scaled statistical software SPSSthe regression analysis was carried out upon the experiment, thus the optimum parameters of leaf peeling component were found rapidly and effectively. Through assembly of the whole machine, simulation analysis and modification upon the experiment, the digitized mdoel of product leveled leaf peeling off machine was obtained.
