摘要
阐述了甘蔗在我国南方地区的种植情况以及国内外甘蔗收获机械发展状况,论述了现有甘蔗收获机的特点、存在的缺陷以及对丘陵地带甘蔗收获的不适应性,并探讨小型甘蔗联合收获机的研发方案。根据对蔗地的实际测量、分析收集数据,在前人研究的基础上确定小型甘蔗收获机的设计参数,利用仿真技术对开发小型甘蔗联合收获机的结构进行优化,获得了较好的效果。
This thesis expounds the sugarcane planting circumstances in south China, introduces the development of the sugarcane harvester; analyzes the characteristic and disadvantage of the machine in existence, also explain the machine's disadaptability to the sugarcane which is planted in hill, explores the research and development programme of the small-scale sugarcane harvester; According to actual measurement and the data's collection and analysis about sugarcane field, and based on former research, we definite some parameters of the machine, and use Virtual Prototyping Technology to do some preliminary work of designing the minitype sugarcane harvester machine.
