摘要
目的探讨三维超声技术对产前胎儿心脏畸形的诊断价值。方法应用三维彩色超声诊断仪,对65例胎儿心脏进行二维及三维超声(STIC)检查。结果三维超声检查不同孕周对胎儿心脏各筛查切面显示率有影响,除四腔心切面外,孕周较大时(孕28~32周)胎儿心脏各筛查切面的显示率较高,且三维超声技术联合彩色血流模式对室间隔异常及动脉心室连接异常等心脏畸形的检出率优于二维超声技术(P<0.05)。结论三维超声是对二维超声技术检查胎儿心脏的有力补充,并且对心脏畸形检查可提供更丰富的诊断信息。
Objective To investigate prenatal diagnosis value of fetal cardiovascular malformations with three-dimensional ultrasonography.Methods The 65 fetal hearts were examined by using GE Voluson 730 Experts with two-dimensional and three-dimensional color ultrasonography technology(STIC).Results In addition to four-chamber view,different gestational age had effect on fetal heart screening section showed rate by the three-dimensional ultrasound,gestational age was greater when(28-32 weeks of pregnancy) fetal cardiac screening section display higher,and the detection rate of ventricular septal defects and abnormal ventricular arterial connection by three-dimensional ultrasound color flow mode were better than two-dimensional ultrasonography(P0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonography is a better complement for fetal examination;it can provide richer diagnostic information for fetal cardiovascular malformations.
