三维超声对胎儿畸形产前诊断价值的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨二维及三维超声对胎儿畸形的产前诊断价值。方法用二维及三维彩超对中晚期妊娠胎儿进行产前筛查并对两者结果进行比较。结果2008年5月~2009年3月在我院进行胎儿二维及三维彩超产前筛查共1402例。经二维超声检出胎儿畸形43例(3.07%),漏诊13例(0.92%)。经三维超声检出胎儿畸形53例(3.78%),漏诊3例(0.21%)。结论三维超声对胎儿畸形的检出率较高,是有效的产前筛查方法。 Objective To investigate the values of two-dimensional ultrasonography vs three-dimensional ultrasonography in prenatal diagnosis and fetal anomalies.Methods Prenatal Screening was performed with two-dimensional ultrasonography or three-dimensional ultrasonography in prenatal fetuses of second or third trimester.Results Prenatal screening was performed with two-dimensional ultrasonography or three-dimensional ultrasonography in 1 402 prenatal fetuses in our hospital from May 2008 to March 2009.The results showed that 43 cases(3.07%)of abnormal fetuses were checked out with two-dimensional ultrasonography,and 13 cases(0.92%)were misdiagnosed.With three-dimensional ultrasonography,53 cases(3.78%)of abnormal fetuses were checked out,and 3 cases(0.21%)were misdiagnosed.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonography increases the accurate rate of diagnosing fetal anomaly,and it is an effective prenatal screening method.
