四维时空关联成像技术在获得9个胎儿心脏标准切面中的应用研究 被引量:6

Study on the application of four- dimensional spatio- temporal image correlation in acquisition of nine fetal echocardiographic views

摘要 目的:探讨四维时空关联成像(STIC)技术获得胎儿心脏标准切面的方法及应用价值。方法:应用STIC技术对180例孕18—38周的正常胎儿进行心脏容积数据的采集,容积数据在多平面模式上进行标准化步骤处理,显示9个心脏标准切面。结果:148例(82.22%)获满意STIC容积数据,9个标准心脏切面图像质量与相应的二维图像对比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);主动脉弓、动脉导管弓、腔静脉长轴切面在各个孕周显示率的差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其中33孕周以上组显示率较低。结论:对STIC容积数据行标准化步骤处理显示所需的多个平面是值得推荐的方法,其后处理标准图像质量满意;主动脉弓、动脉导管弓、腔静脉长轴切面在大孕周胎儿显示率相对稍低;尽管有所不足,利用STIC技术进行胎儿心脏检查仍然是传统胎儿超声心动图有利的补充。 Objective: To explore the method to obtain fetal standard echocardiographic views by spatio - temporal image correlation (STIC) and its application value. Methods: STIC was used to eoUect data of heart volume of 180 18 - 38 - week - old normal fetuses, the data were analyzed on multiple -view pattern, and nine standard echocardiographic views were displayed. Results: Among the cases, 148 cases (82. 22% ) obtained satisfactory STIC volume data, there was no statistically significant difference in the image quality between nine fetal echocardiographic views and corresponding two - dimensional image ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; there were statistically significant differences in the display rates of arcus aortae view, arterial catheter bow view, and long axis view of the vena cava among fetuses at different gestational weeks ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the display rates in fetuses more than 33 gestational weeks were relatively low. Conclusion : Multiple - view pattern is a recommendable method, and the quality of images is satisfactory; the display rates of areus aortae view, arterial catheter bow view, and long axis view in fetuses more than 33 gestational weeks are relatively low; although the technology has a certain disadvantages, fetal cardiac examination with STIC was also a beneficial supplemental method for conventional fetal echocardiography.
