摘要
目的探讨三维超声产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值,提高诊断的准确性。方法对2005年4月~2008年4月应用二维超声进行产前检查的4000例、年龄22~40岁、孕15~41周、有可疑胎儿畸形者均行三维超声检查,其中发现问题的82例胎儿畸形超声影像与临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果共发现胎儿畸形82例,其中无脑儿11例,脑积水10例,脑膜膨出3例,脊柱裂1例,前脑无裂畸形1例,十二指肠闭锁2例,肾积水8例,多囊肾2例,心脏畸形7例,唇腭裂13例,软骨发育不全2例,水囊状淋巴管瘤5例,马蹄内翻足3例,缺指畸形1例,腹裂3例,胎儿水肿综合征10例。结论实时三维超声形象直观,可以多个切面和多方位显示畸形结构和病变部位,提供具有重要价值的胎儿畸形诊断,三维超声在产前诊断中具有重要的实用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical value in the antenatal diagnosis of fetal deformity with three-dimensional ultrasound. Methods From Apr. 2005 to Apr. 2008 in the prenatal examination of 4000 cases by two-dimentional ultrasound (aged 22-40 with 15-41 pregnant weeks),we used three-dimensional ultrasound for the suspected pregnant women with fetal deformity and made a retrospective analysis of ultrasound imagings of 82 cases of fetal deformity. Results We found 82 cases of fetal deformity,including 11 cases of anencephalus,10 of waterhead,3 of meningocele,one of bifid spine,one of holoprosencephaly,2 of duodenal atresia,8 of uronephrosis,2 of polycystic kidney,7 of heart malformation,13 of cheilopalatognathus,2 of achondroplasty,5 of hygroma cystic,3 of equinovarus,one of ectodactylism,3 of celoschisis and 10 of Schridde syndrome. Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound is intuitive and direct and can show abnormal structures and lesions from various angles. Therefore,three-dimensional ultrasound is of great value in the antenatal diagnosis of fetal deformity .
