摘要
目的,观察肝泰Ⅷ号丸抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。方法:选1日龄樱桃谷鸭,人工感染DHBV后,分设正常对照组、肝泰Ⅷ号丸大、中、小3个剂量组,阿昔洛韦治疗组和模型对照组,连续2周每天给药。各组动物均分别在感染后第7天、用药后14天和停药后第3天,静脉取血,分离血清,作鸭血清斑点杂交,以杂交斑点OD值作为DHBV-DNA水平值。实验结束时取新鲜肝组织左叶作病理切片光镜观察。结果:肝泰Ⅷ号丸各剂量组均有不同程度押制DHBV-DNA的作用,尤以大剂量组明显,且无明显肝毒性作用。结论:肝泰Ⅷ号丸具有抗鸭乙肝病毒的作用,有剂量反应关系;肝泰Ⅶ号丸对肝脏无明显毒性作用。
Aim: To observe the antiviral effect of Gantai VI pill against DHBV in ducks. Methods; After the ducks within 24 hours were infected DHBV (0. 2ml/each) by shin-vein, it were divided into six groups at random. They were normal control, Gantai VI pill large, model, small dose groups, Acyclover group and virus control. Drugs were given by stomach in each group each day within three weeks. Blood samples were taken from each ducking on the first day before treatment, 7th and 14th after treatment and 3th day after recession of treatment and tested for DHBV-DNA at the time by means of spotting hybridism. Resresh left liver tissue wrer sheared and used for optical analysis. Result: Three different of dose of Gantai Ⅵ pill had the function of anti DHBV DNA at different extent, especially in large dose group. And it had no noticeable pathological change in all experimental ducks, no punctuate and focal necrosis was found. Conclusions: ①Gantai Ⅶ pill had the function of anti-DHBV in duck body, but has the dose-response-relation. ②Gantai Ⅷ pill had no liver toxicity.
