摘要
当研究者热衷于以目的论模式指导翻译实践与批评时,我们需要反思这一理论的适用性和局限性。目的论不是万应灵药,可以解决一切翻译问题,相反,目的论有其历史局限性以及相对主义的危险,从而陷入"无家可归"的状态。因此,在种种解构之后,仍然需要相对统一的翻译理想和标准来指导理论和实践,引导我们找回信仰,并用现代意义阐释和提升,从而"重返家园"。
It is time to reflect the limit of the Skopos theory when the German Functionalist Translation prevails nowadays and when the skopos theory are applied too much in translation practice as well as theories as a guiding frame. This theory is not a panacea, a solution for every problem. Instead, it has some limits and the risk of relativism, which thus leads to homelessness. Therefore, a relatively united translation ideal and standard is still in demand. It boasts profound basis and room for further study; it can be classified and promoted by modern translation theory; it would help us rediscover the conviction and return our home.
