基于响应面法小麦麸皮水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖提取条件的优化 被引量:4

STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRACTION CONDITIONS OF WATEREXTRACTABLE ARABINOXYLANS IN WHEAT BRAN BASED ON RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY

摘要 为了提高小麦麸皮水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖(B-WEAX)的得率,采用响应面法对其提取条件进行了优化.在单因素试验的基础上,选择料水比、提取温度和提取时间为自变量,以B-WEAX得率为响应值,根据Box-Benhnken Design法设计响应面试验,进行显著性和交互作用分析,确定B-WEAX的最佳提取条件并进行验证.结果表明:料水比1:11.06、提取温度为76.9℃、提取时间为2.24 h是B-WEAX的最佳提取条件,其得率为1.467 3%,与响应面拟合优化预测值非常接近. In order to increase the yield of water-extractable arabinoxylans(B-WEAX),we optimized the extraction conditions of B-WEAX by use of response surface methodology.Based on the single factor experiments, we designed the response surface experiments according to Box-Benhnken Design method by taking material -to-water ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time as independent variables and B-WEAX yield as response value,carried out significance and interaction analysis to determine the optimum extraction conditions, and verified the results.The results showed that the B-WEAX yield could reach 1.4673%under the optimum extraction conditions of material-to-water ratio 1:11.06,extraction temperature 76.9℃,and extraction time 2.24 hours,and the result was very close to the predicted value optimized by response surface fitting.
