摘要
目的采用气相色谱质谱法对桑白皮的挥发油成分进行分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取桑白皮挥发油,气相色谱-质谱法分析,面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果在最佳的分析条件下,经毛细管色谱柱分离,共得到了27个主要的化合物,经谱库检索鉴定了其中的22个化合物,占挥发油总量的97.05%。桑白皮挥发油的化学成分主要为烯烃、醇、酮和长链脂肪酸类化合物。结论本方法具有灵敏、准确的特点,可有效用于桑白皮挥发油化学成分的分析鉴定。
Objective To analyze the chemical components of the volatile oils from Cortex Mori.Methods The volatile oils of Cortex Mori were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization method.Results 27 compounds were separated by capillary chromatography under the optimal conditions,22 compounds amounting for 97.05% of the total content were identified.The components of volatile oils were olefins,alcohols,ketones and fatty acids.Conclusion The method was sensitive,accurate and available to analyze the volatile oils of Cortex Mori.
