摘要 目的研究桑白皮(Cortex Mori)水提物中的化学成分。方法采用聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱、HPLC等手段从桑白皮水提物中分离得到10个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定它们的化学结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,包括5个二苯乙烯苷类化合物、2个芳基苯并呋喃类化合物及3个香豆素类化合物,分别鉴定为mulberroside A(1)、cis-mulberroside A(2)、oxyresveratrol-2-O--βD-glu-copyranoside(3)、oxyresveratrol-3′-O--βD-glucopyranoside(4)、resveratrol-4,3-′di-O--βD-glucopyranoside(5)、moracin M-3′-O--βD-glucopyranoside(6)、moracin M-6,3-′di-O--βD-glucopyranoside(7)、7-hydroxycoumarin-6-O--αL-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-O--βD-glucopyranoside(8)、scopoletin(9)、6-hydroxycoumarin-7-O--βD-glucopyra-noside(10)。结论化合物3、5、8为首次从该属植物中分得的已知化和物,化合物6为首次从该种植物中分离得到的已知化合物。 Aim To study the chemical constituents from the water extracts of Cortex Mori. Methods The compounds from the water extracts were isolated by the polyamide column, Sephadex LH-20 column, ODS column chromatography and HPLC, and their structures were identified by the spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results The ten compounds including five stilbene glycosides, two arylbenzofuran derivatives and three coumarins were obtained, and they were identified as mulberroside A(1), cls-mulberroside A(2), oxyresveratrol-2- O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), oxyresveratrol-3'- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), resverat rol-4, 3'- di-O-β--D-glucopyranoside (5), moracin M-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), moracin M-6, 3'-di-O-β-D-glu- eopyranoside (7), 7-hydroxyeoumarin-6- O-α-D- rhamnopyranosyl- ( 1 →6 ) - O-β--D-glucopyranoside (8), scopoletin(9), 6-hydroxycoumarin-7- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 3, 5 and 8 are obtained for the first time from this genus and compound 6 is obtained for the first time from this species.
