摘要
目的分离和鉴定益母草LeonurusjaponicusHoutt 的水提物和醇提物化学成分。 方法利用大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱和HPLC进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到 4个化合物 ,分别鉴定为丁香酸 (syringicacid ,1)、megastigmane( 2 )、tiliroside( 3)、益母草碱(leonurine ,4 )。结论化合物 1和 2为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the water extract and 95% EtOH extract of the aerial part of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by means of chromatography and identified by spectral data and literature.Results The compounds obtained were identified as syringic acid(1),megastigmane(2),tiliroside(3)and leonurine(4).Conclusion Compound 1 and 2 are isolated from Leonurus genus for the first time.
