摘要
目的 :研究苦丁茶的化学成分。方法 :溶剂法和色谱法分离化合物 ,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :分离得到 7个单体化合物 ,分别为羽扇豆醇 (lupeol) (Ⅰ ) ;3 β 羟基 羽扇 2 0 ( 2 9) 烯 2 4 羧酸甲酯 [3 β hydroxyl lup 2 0( 2 9) ene 2 4 methylester] (Ⅱ ) ;羽扇 2 0 ( 2 9) 烯 3 β ,2 4 二羟基 [lup 2 0 ( 2 9) ene 3 β ,2 4 diol] (Ⅲ ) ;β 谷甾醇 ( β sitos terol) (Ⅳ ) ;熊果酸 (ursolicacid) (Ⅴ ) ;胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol) (Ⅵ ) ;甘露醇 (mannitol) (Ⅶ )。结论 :Ⅰ ,Ⅲ ,Ⅵ 。
Objective: To study chemical constituents of Ilex kudingcha. Method: The constituents were isola t ed by chromatographic method and the structures were ident ified on the basis o f spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds ,lupeol(Ⅰ );3β-hydroxyl-lup-20(29)-ene-24-methyl ester(Ⅱ); lup-20(29)-e ne-3β-,24-diol(Ⅲ);β-sitosterol(Ⅳ);ursolic acid(Ⅴ);daucosterol (Ⅵ);mannitol were obtained(Ⅶ). Conclusion: Ⅰ,Ⅲ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ compounds were obtained from genus Ilex for the first time.
