摘要
本文首先分析了高校教学秘书职业倦怠的成因:工作繁琐、压力大,人际关系紧张,心理压力大、教学秘书岗位不受重视。接着,从情感衰竭、去人格化和无力感或低个人成就感,分析了教学秘书职业倦怠的主要表现。最后从高校组织支持和人文关怀以及教学秘书个人方面提出了去除和改善教学秘书职业倦怠的对策。
This paper first analyzes the causes of university secretary burnout:tedious work,stress,interpersonal stress,psychological stress,teaching secretarial positions taken seriously.Then,from the emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and powerlessness or low personal accomplishment mainly teaching secretary burnout.Finally,from the the university organizational support and humane care and personal aspects of teaching secretary removal and countermeasures to improve the teaching secretary burnout.
