摘要
教学秘书是高校教学管理的第一线工作者与中坚力量,兼具了教师与秘书两类职业的特点,是职业倦怠的高发人群。因工作和职业特征因素、组织因素、教学秘书自身因素的原因会形成职业倦怠,提出了缓解对策。
Teaching secretary is the front line worker and nucleus of teaching management in colleges and universities,with the occupational characteristics of both teacher and secretary,and is a high risk group of job burnout.This article systematically analyses the causes of job burnout in teaching secretary of colleges and universities from perspectives of occupational characteristics,organizational factors and teaching secretaries themselves,and points out the countermeasures.
