苯中毒小鼠抗氧化酶及WBC吞噬发光变化的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的 ]探讨亚慢性苯中毒敏感的早期生物监测指标。 [方法 ]将小白鼠按不同染毒浓度和时间进行静式吸入染毒。 2 0d后 ,对其外周血WBC计数及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT) ,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)及白细胞吞噬发光指标进行检测。 [结果 ]在苯中毒早期WBC正常范围时 ,SOD、GSH Px及白细胞吞噬发光已发生变化 ,为进一步研究苯中毒早期诊断指标提供了依据。 [结论 ]SOD、GSH Px活力和白细胞吞噬发光的变化比白细胞计数更加敏感。 Objective] This study is to explore early sensitive biological monitoring indicators of subchronic benzene poisoning.[Methods] Mice were exposed to benzene by static inhalation at different concentrations and for different times.The counts of WBC in peripheral blood of mice exposed to benzene,SOD,GSH Px CAT and WBC phago luminescence were examined 20 days after exposure.[Results] It is shown that the changes of SOD,GSH Px and WBC phago luminescence.were prior to that of counts of WBC and it shows an important clue for further study on early diagnostic criteria of benzene poisoning.[Conclusion] The changes of SOD,GSH Px,WBC phago luminescence might be more sensitive than the counts of WBC.
