苯中毒小白鼠血液中SOD过氧化物酶GSH过氧化物酶变化的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文对苯中毒小白鼠血液中SOD、过氧化物酶、GSH过氧化物酶的变化进行了实验研究。将小白鼠按不同染毒浓度、不同染毒时间分组,对其进行静式吸入染毒。20天后,对其外周血WBC计数及相关血生化指标进行检测。结果提示:在苯中毒早期WBC在正常范围时,GSH过氧化酶、SOD和过氧化物酶已发生变化,为我们进一步研究苯中毒早期诊断指标提供了重要依据。 The changes of SOD and glutathione peroxidase in blood of mice exposed to benzene were studied. Mice were exposed to benzene by calm inhaling in different doses and times. The counts of WBC in peripheral blood and biochemis-trical indexes were checked after 20 days. The results showed that the changes of SOD and glutathione peroxidase were prior to that of the counts of WBC and it gave us an important clue for further study on early diagnostic indexes of benzene poisoning.
