职业性苯中毒者细胞遗传学及脂质过氧化水平观察

EFFECTS OF CHRONIC OCCUPATIONAL BENZENE POISONING ON CYTOGENETICS AND LEVEL OF LIPID PEROXIDATION

摘要 选择慢性苯中毒者48例,平均年龄42.3±7.8岁,平均接苯工龄16.0±6.4岁;对照组26例,平均年龄42.5±84岁,进行细胞遗传学及脂质过氧化作用的研究。采用培养法观察到本中毒组与对照组相比,染色体畸变率增加,微核率升高,姐妹染色单体交换率升高(均P≤0.01);脂质过氧化水平测定本中毒组GSH-PX降低(P<0.05),MDA升高(P<0.05)。结果表明:苯中毒者细胞遗传学及脂质过氧化水平均发生改变。 Cytogenetic analysis was carried out on lymphocytes of peripheral blood among 48workers diagnosed as chronic benzene poisoning (mean age 42. 3 ± 7. 8 yrs.,mean years ofexposure 16. 0± 6. 4 yrs. ) and unexposed controls (mean age 41. 5 ± 8. 4). It was foundthat there was a significant increase in the frequency of micronuclei,sister chromatid exchange and chromosome aberration respectively (P<0. 01). However,there appeared nocorrelation between the genotoxicity and the duration of the benzene exposure. SOD,GSH-PX and MDA were used as indications of lipid peroxidation. The activities of GSHPX decreased and the content of MDA increased in the intoxicated workers. It is suggested that benzene might have genotoxic effects and lipid peroxidation changes on workers.
