摘要
建立了同时测定特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)和二丁基羟基对甲酚(BHT)的高效液相色谱法。考察了流动相组成、柱温等因素对分析效率的影响。样品经甲醇提取后,以E-clipse plus C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱为分析柱,0.02mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液-甲醇为流动相,线性梯度淋洗,紫外二极管阵列检测器检测,波长280nm。结果表明:TBHQ、BHA与BHT在0.5~20mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,方法的检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.03,0.03和0.05mg/kg,加标回收率为83.45%~108.42%,相对标准偏差不大于12.79%。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous separation and determination of TBHQ, BHA and BHT. The sample was extracted with methanol. The detection of TBHQ, BHA and BHT was carried out by HPLC using Eclipse plus C^s (250 mm X 4.6 mm,5 μm)column as separation col-Hmn,0.02 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution --methanol as mobile phase. The UV deteetiag wavelength was set at 280 urn. The result indicated that the calibration curves of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim were linear in the range of 0. 5 420 mg /L with limits of detection of 0.03, 0.03 and 0.05 mg/kg,respectively. The spiked recoveries of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim were in the range of 83.45-108.42% with RSDs not more than 12.79 %
