摘要
研究了油脂中 9种酚类抗氧化剂的色谱保留行为 ,以甲醇 -水 -乙酸体系为流动相 ,采用梯度洗脱 ,可在 3 0 min内将九种物质完全分离并定量测定。测定的线性范围 1~2 0 0 mg/L ( r=0 .9985~ 0 .9997) ,检测限为 2 mg/kg,回收率为 82 .4 %~ 98.7% ,RSD为1 .0 1 %~ 4 .74 %。
The liquid chromatographic behaviours of nine antioxidants was studied. Using methanol water acetic acid system as the mobile phase, the optimum separation was achieved with gradient elution. The linear ranges were 1~200 mg/L(r=0.9985~0.9997). The detection limits were 2 mg/kg. The recoveries and RSD were 82.4%~98.7% and 1.01%~4.74%, respectively.
