摘要
用改进的染色体标本制片技术 ,报道了春兰 (Cymbidium goeringii (Rchb .f)Rchb .f .)的染色体核型 .研究结果表明 ,春兰体细胞染色体数目 2n =4 0 ,染色体基数x =2 0 .中期染色体中等大小 ,相邻染色体间长度变化不明显 ,染色体相对长度系数组成 (I .R .L .) =2L +2 0M2+14M1+4S .核型公式为 2n =2x =4 0 =2 0m +14sm +4st+2t.主要由中部着丝粒染色体和近中部着丝粒染色体组成 ,未见随体结构 .属于Stebbins核型的 2B型 ,核型不对称系数为 6 4 .2 2 .
The karyotype of Cymbidium goeringii(Rchb.f.)Rchb.f. was investigated by an improved technique. The result shows that the number of the somatic chromosome of Cymbidium goeringii (Rchb.f .) is 2n=40, the basic number of the chtomosome is 20. The index of relative length is 2L+20M 2+14M 1+4S. The karyotype formula is summarized as 2n=2x=40=20m+14sm+4st+2t. The diploid mainly consists of metacentric and submetacentric chromosomes, but not satellites. The karyotype belongs to 2B type of Stebbins karyotypic symmetry. The index of karyotype asynnetry(As.K%)is 64.22. It is held out on the chromosomal characteristics that the Cymbidium goeringii (Rchb.f)Rchb.f ) belongs to more evolrtional and specializational species.
