摘要
分析了栽培前３个品种的核型。其核型为：成都墨茄和糙青茄，２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２４＝２０ｍ＋４ｓｍ（２ＳＡＴ）；紫圆茄，２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２４＝２２ｍ＋２ｓｍ（２ＳＡ）。３个品种的随体染色体分布位置各异。在成都墨茄和糙青茄核型中，ｌ对近中部着丝点染色体分布位置也不同。此外，对已报道的野生茄和栽培前在核型结构上的异同点进行了初步讨论。
The Karyotypes of 3 cultivars (i.e.cv.‘Ziyuanqie’,cv.‘Chengdurniioqle’,cv.‘Caoqingqie’)of Solanum melongena L.were analysed.It can be sirnplified as fohws:cv‘Ziyuanqie,(S.melongena var.esculentum)2n=2x=24=22m+2sn1(2SA’T);cv.‘Chengdu-moqie,(S.melongena var.ser pentinum)2n=2x=24=20rm+4sm(2SAT),cv.‘Caoqingqie’(S.melongena var.depressum)2n=2x=24=20m+4sm(2SAT).In the karyotypes of the 3cuItivars,the location of the satellite+chromosome pair is different.In addition,general anddifferent characteristics of the karyotypes in the reported wild and cultivated species ofSolanum are discussed brieflv.
