摘要
首次研究了 6种国产兰属植物的染色体形态和核型。果香兰 (Cymbidiumsuavissimum)核型为 2n =4 0 =30m +10sm ;碧玉兰 (C lowianum)为 2n =4 0 =2 6m +12sm +2st;文山红柱兰(C wenshanense)为 2n =4 0 =2 8m +10sm +2st;虎头兰 (C hookerianum)为 2n =4 0 =30m +8sm+2st;独占春 (C eburneum)为 2n =4 0 =36m +4sm ;莎草兰 (C elegans)为 2n =4 0 =2 8m +8sm +4st。结合形态学特征和已有的核型资料 。
Six species of Cymbidium ,all cultivated plants of Chinese origin, are karyologically analyzed: Cymbidium suavissimum Sander ex C. Curtis (2n=40=30m+10sm), C lowianum (Rchb. f.) Rchb. f. (2n=40=26m+12sm+2st), C wenshanense Y. S. Wu et F. Y. Liu.(2n=40=28m+10sm+2st), C hookerianum Rchb. f. (2n=40=30m+8sm+2st), C eburneum Lindl.(2n=40=36m+4sm) and C elegans Lindl. (2n=40=28m+8sm+4st).Based on karyotypical data the phylogenetic relationships between the data treated are discussed.
