摘要 通过对近年来我国汽轮机组汽流激振故障案例进行整理,归纳分析了汽流激振事故原因,得出蒸汽激振力过大和轴瓦稳定性差这两个方面为汽流激振的主要原因.从发生部位、低频振动频率特征、低频振动振幅变化、与运行参数的关系以及其他相关特征几个方面分析了汽流激振的主要振动特征.根据分析结果,总结提出了汽流激振故障诊断的依据,并提出采用降低蒸汽激振力、提高轴瓦稳定性等主要措施预防汽流激振故障,为机组安全稳定运行提供技术参考. By analyzing the steam-excited vibration faults occurring in domestic steam turbine unit in recent years, the failures are found to be caused by too large excitation force and poor bearing stability. Main features of the steam-excited vibration are analyzed from the aspects of vibration location, characteristic frequency of low-frequency vibration, amplitude variation of low-frequency vibration, the relationship between vibration and operation parameters, and other related factors, etc. Based on above analysis, relevant fault diagnosis criteria are proposed, while corresponding countermeasures suggested, such as reducing the steam exciting force and improving the bearing stability, etc. , which may serve as a reference for safe operation of steam turbine unit.
