摘要
通过对近年来我国大型汽轮发电机组高压转子发生的低频振动的总结,分析了造成低频振动故障的原因,高压转子的低频振动主要是由不平衡蒸汽力引起的蒸汽激振,并对蒸汽激振的故障机理进行了探讨,同时提出了低频振动的一些处理原则。
Recently, the low-frequency vibrations of high-pressure turbine rotors have become an important problem to be overcome in China. The latest investigation shows that there are many closedown accidents in power plants of China are due to the high vibration in high-pressure turbine rotor. Most of these faults is excited by steam disturbing force. The cause of steam whirl is deeply discussed in the paper and the measures of suppressing the malfunction are also suggested.
