摘要
针对湛江发电厂4台300MW国产东方机组出现1号轴承振动故障进行详细了分析,找出原因。对汽流激振问题进行了剖析。并提出运行中采用的解决方法和相关的检修建议,供同类机组振动分析借鉴。
The reasons of the faulty vibration of the NO. 1 bearings of the four domestically-made 300 MW units in Zhanjiang Power Plant are found out, and the problem of steam-flow excitation is analyzed. The countermeasures adopted in operation are put forward as well as the relevant maintenance suggestions, which provide reference on vibration analysis for units of the same type.
