汽轮机汽流激振的原因分析及消振措施 被引量:3

摘要 某台抽汽背压式汽轮机的内缸(平衡活塞与喷嘴室合为一体)为整体圆筒式结构,没有中分面,内缸内壁面为光面,没有汽封装置。在调试时,机组发生汽流激振故障,对此从安装设计方面进行了分析,提出了相应的消振措施。振动和热力性能测试结果表明,消振措施实施后机组已基本达到了设计性能。 The inner casing of one extraction back pressure steam turbine is a cylindrical structure, the dummy piston and the nozzle chamber combine into one entity, without central separating interface, the inner surface of said inner casing to be smooth, without steam seal gland. During the time of debugging, troubles of vibration excited by steam flow in the unit had occurred. Cause analysis has been carried out from two aspects of installation and design, and corresponding measures for eliminating said vibration being put forward. After implementation of the measures for eliminating vibration, the results of vibration and thermal performance show that the unit has basically reached the requirements of design.
