摘要
文章对苎麻天丝纤维的性能特点、半精纺纺纱工艺流程、赛络纺系统等进行了分析,对半精纺苎麻/天丝绿色环保色纺纱线生产工艺进行了研究。对纺纱生产中的主要工艺参数优化、技术措施和应注意的问题进行了探讨,保证了纺纱的顺利进行和成纱质量。
The performance and characteristics of ramie and Tencel fiber, semi-worsted spinning process and the siro-spun system were analysed and researched. The main process parameters, technical measures and the points which should be pay attention to during the spinning process were discussed to ensure a smooth spinning and good yarn quality.
