摘要
为了顺利纺制三种Tencel纤维纱线,通过分析三种Tencel纤维的特性,认为易原纤化和低伸长率是影响Tencel纤维纱线质量的关键。其主要的解决办法是作好预处理工作以及优选梳理元件和梳理工艺,遵循"低速度,少打击,少损伤"原则,同时指出三种Tencel纤维尽管具备共同点,但也有微小差异,在工艺配置上应该有所区别。通过以上措施,成功纺制出三种Tencel纤维纱线,其成纱质量满足了使用要求。
To ensure spin successful,three kinds of Tencel fiber properties were analyzed. It is considered that the key factors of effecting Tencel fiber yarn quality were fiber lower elongation and fibrillation. The main solution should be doing pretreatment well,optimization carding component and carding processing, following principle of lower speed,less beating and injury. At the same time,it is pointed out properties of the three Tencel are similar, there are small differences,the processing configurations should be different. Through adopting above measures, three kinds of Tencel yarn can be spun successfully and the yarn quality can reach use demands.
