摘要
文章提供了纺制麻绒半精纺针织纱线的技术方案,详细介绍了生产工艺,同时对纺纱主要工艺参数、纺纱前原料预处理和为解决特殊的长短纤维混纺并条压力棒采取的技术措施等方面进行了研究探讨。
The blended knitting yarn is composed of flax 25%, ramie 25% and cashmere 50%. This kind of yarn with reasonable proportion can make full use of the performance of each fiber, can achieve the best performance for dressing and provide a new variety of eximious quality and high performance-price ratio to cashmere products. This paper discussed the main technological parameters of spinning, raw materials pretreatment before spinning and technical measures to solve special fiber length of the pressure on the rod.
