摘要
采用涤纶基负离子纤维、炭化毛纤维和粘胶纤维作为原料,通过散纤维染色、半精纺纺纱、剑杆织机织造、后整理等一系列工序,开发出了一种具有负离子释放功能的花呢面料,经过负离子释放功能测试,该面料具有较好的负离子释放功能,负离子释放量可以达到3 800个/cm3,经过服用性能测试,可以证明该面料同时也具有较好的服用性能。该负离子纤维功能性花呢面料达到了产品设计的初衷,实现了预期的目标,可以满足消费者对负离子释放功能性纺织品的需求。
Using polyester-based anion fiber,carbonized wool fiber and viscose fiber as raw material in this text,a functionality tweed fabric which releases anion is developed through a series of process including the fiber dyeing,half worsted spinning,weaving by rapier looms,finishing and so on.After testing the function of releaseing anion,the fabric has good anion releasing contents that can achieve 3800 particle per cubic centimetre.And the performance test results indicate that this fabric also has good wearing characteristics.The functionality tweed fabric meets the expectations and accords with consumers′ needs of anion functionality tweed fabric.
