摘要
建立同时检测水产品中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟苯尼考的HPLC-UVD法。以2%碱性乙酸乙酯作为提取溶剂,正己烷脱脂后直接经高效液相色谱进行分析。氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟苯尼考在0.10~10.00mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系。在添加浓度为0.25~5.00mg/kg时,平均回收率在81.00%~102.93%之间,RSD在1.95%~7.10%之间。氯霉素的检出限为0.01mg/kg,甲砜霉素和氟苯尼考的检出限为0.02mg/kg。
A high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection method was developed for simultaneous determination of Chloramphenicol(CAP),Thiamphnicol(TAP) and Florfenicol(FF) in fishery products. Chloramphenicols(CAPs) residues were extracted by basic ethyl acetate,followed by sample cleanup with n-hexane and quantization by liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector. Good linearities were obtained in the concentration ranging from 0.10-10.00mg/L for CAP,TAP and FF. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSDs) for the analysis of all samples fortified over the range of 0.25-5.00mg/kg were in the range of 81.00%-102.93% and 1.95%-7.10%, respectively. The limits of detection were 0.01mg/kg for CAP and 0.02mg/kg for TAP and FF.
