摘要
通过注塑成型的大型汽车塑料装饰件的外表面极易出现熔接痕、收缩痕、纹理不均匀、轮廓不清晰、有银丝、颜色不均等缺陷。这些缺陷直接影响着汽车的外观质量、整车的美观形象,这是"汽车塑料装饰件外观要求"绝对不允许的。从产品设计、原料选用、成型设备、成型方式、模具结构设计与产品加工精度、成型工艺条件等方面进行分析研究,查清造成这些表面缺陷的原因,研究查找到解决问题的方法,以求最大程度地解决产品表面质量问题,更好地控制大型汽车塑料件的表面质量。
The surface of large car plastic decoration by the injection molding would appear easily processing defects, such as weld line, contraction mark, uneven texture, unsharp outline, sliver mark, fibre on surface and uniform color. These defects directly influenced the quality of the appearance of the car, which was never allowed in automotive plastics decorative appearance requirements. This paper studied product de- sign, material selection, molding equipment, forming method, die structure design, product machining precision and molding process conditions. The reason caused the surface defects and methods were found to solve problems of surface quality of products in the best way, and better control large automotive plastic surface quality.
