摘要
目的分析更年期综合征情志症状与5-羟色胺(5-HT)及雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)的相关性。方法对确诊为更年期综合征的患者分别填写临床症状观察表;检测血清5-HT和E2、FSH、LH水平,并采用SAS统计软件包进行数据处理,分析更年期综合征情志症状与5-HT和E2、FSH、LH的相关性。结果以急躁易怒、心烦不宁、心悸惊慌等情志症状的评分为横坐标,5-HT、FSH、LH及E2水平为纵坐标做散点图,发现5-HT、E2在低值区有集中点区、其趋向性明显。结论更年期综合征情志症状的发生和血清5-HT、E2水平具有相关性,与FSH及LH水平无显著相关。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the emotional symptoms of menopausal syndrome and 5-serotonin （5-HT）, estradiol （E2）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH）. Methods The patients with diagnosed menopausal syndrome were asked to fill a observation table of clinical symptoms. The levels of serum 5-HT, E2, FSH and LH were detected and treated by using SAS statistical software package. The correlation between the emotional symptoms and levels of serum 5-HT, E2, FSH and LH was analyzed. Results The scores of emotional symptoms including irritability, vexation and palpitations were taken as abscissa, and the levels of 5-HT, FSH, LH and E2 were taken as ordinate for making scatter diagram. The analysis showed that 5-HT had centrostigma area in low-value area with significant tropism, and E2 had centrostigma area in low-value area with significant tropism. Conclusion The occurrence of emotional symptoms of menopausal syndrome is correlated to the levels of serum 5-HT and E2, and has no significant correlation to the levels of serum FSH and LH.
