摘要
目的 了解精神分裂症治疗前后中枢与外周5-HT及其前体和代谢产物变化的相互关系。方法 应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对21例首次发病后经8周治疗的精神分裂症患者脑脊液和血清5-HT、5-HIAA、TRP进行检测,并作治疗前后的相关性分析。结果 除治疗后的脑脊液和血清TRP二者呈负相关外,其余两容积内的各值均无相关性。结论 血清5-羟色胺类物质的含量不能反映中枢这类物质的浓度,经典抗精神病药主要作用于中枢。
Objectives: To investigate the changes of 5-HT and its metabolites during the use of an-tipsychotics. Method: Twenty-one drug-free patients with first-episode schizophrenia entered into the study and received the treatment of chlorpromazine for 8 weeks. The CSF and plasma concentrations of 5-HT, 5HIAA and TRP were assassed by using HPLC technique before and after medication. Results: There were no correlation between all variables in these two volumes except the negative correlation of TRP concentration between CSF and plasma after treatment. Conclusion: The plasma levels of 5-HT and its metabolites could not reflect those in brain. Typical antipsychotics may act mainly on central nervous system.
