摘要
中医药治疗女性围绝经期综合征取得了可喜的成绩,但围绝经期综合征的病因病机目前仍存在争议,中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制还不明确。通过收集近年来中医药治疗围绝经期综合征方面的文献发现对其作用机制的研究主要集中在调节神经-内分泌-免疫系统,调节自由基代谢,调节脂代谢,调节骨代谢以及细胞凋亡等方面。本文从近年来中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的实验研究入手,探讨中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制,以期把现代医学与中医传统理论更好地结合起来,从不同阶段、多途径、多层次进行研究,做到防治并重。同时提出了实验研究中的不足以及未来的发展方向。
Chinese medicine treatment of women with perimenopausal syndrome has made gratifying achievements,however,the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome is still controversial,and its mechanisms remain unknown. The literature of Chinese medicine treatment for perimenopausal syndrome show that researches on the mechanism mainly focus on the regulation of the nervous-endocine-immune system,free radical metabolism,lipid metabolism,bone metabolism and cell apoptosis. Starting with the experimental study of Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in recent years,this article explore its mechanism to better integrate modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine theory,from different stages,multiple channels,multiple-level researches,for preventing and controlling disease. In addition,the problems in the experimental studies are also put forward and the future direction of development suggested.
