摘要
目的通过药理学试验评价复方新蒿颗粒抗炎、抗菌、提高免疫力的作用。方法观察新蒿颗粒对小鼠血清溶血素含有量和B细胞增殖的影响;采用平皿法和液体稀释法对新蒿颗粒进行体外抗菌实验研究;体内抗菌实验以新蒿颗粒和阳性药物组灌胃给药3 d,小鼠腹腔注射金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌造成感染,观察记录感染7 d内各组小鼠的死亡情况。结果复方新蒿颗粒中剂量、高剂量可以提高正常小鼠血清溶血素水平介于0.005~1 mg/mL促进小鼠B淋巴细胞体外增殖;复方新蒿颗粒对金黄色葡萄菌和大肠杆菌均有抑制作用,其MIC均为500 mg/mL,其ED50均为19.5 g/kg。结论复方新蒿颗粒具有一定的抗菌以及提高免疫力的作用。
AIM To explore the pharmacology test evaluation of Compound Xinhao Granules on anti-inflammation,anti-bacterium and improving immunity function.METHODS Hemolysin content and B cell proliferation in mice fed with Compound Xinhao Granules were observed.Cultured dish and liquid dilution were applied to in vitro and in vivo anti-bacterium test of Compound Xinhao Granules.The latter mice took Compound Xinhao Granules by intragastric administration three days and were injected with Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli to observe the fatality rate of mice within seven days.RESULTS Compound Xinhao Granules in middle and high doses could improve the normal mice serum hemolysin level in the range of 0.005-1 mg/mL,promote mice B lymphocytes in vitro proliferation and inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli proliferation with the MIC of 500 mg/mL and ED50 of 19.5 g/kg.CONCLUSION Compound Xinhao Granules have certain effects on anti-inflammation,anti-bacterium and enhance the immunity function.
