摘要
目的 :优化清喉口含片的提取工艺。方法 :采用均匀设计法优化提取工艺。结果 :最佳提取工艺为 :水提取 3次 ,每次 6 0min ;醇沉法以含醇量 6 0 % ,2 5℃放置最合理。结论 :优化后的提取工艺简单、合理。
Objective: To optimize extracting technique of Qinghou buccal tablets.Method: The uniform design coupled with computerized optimization was adopted to screen decoction and alcohol precipitation.Result: The best process for extraction was three times with water extracting, 60 min each time, alcohol precipitation was used with 60% alcohol,25 ℃.Conclusion: This extracting technique was simple, rational, and feasible.
