摘要
本实验用洁身纯系列产品对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌进行体外抗菌作用比较,用液体稀释法找出最低抑茵浓度(MIC);再以倾注平皿法确定最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。研究结果表明:洁身纯系列产品对三种茵均有明显抑杀作用,其抑杀菌强弱顺序为:金黄色葡萄球菌>绿脓杆菌>大肠杆菌。
The goal of this experimental study was to use the products of Jieshenchun to compare the extracorporeal antibacterial effects of the staphylococcus aureus,Ps aeruginosa,E.Coli.To find out the MIC by solid diluent method.Then confirm the MBC by incline to utcnsil method.The products of Jieshenchun is active against the three bacteria.The sequence from strong to weak of this effects is:staphylococcus aureus>Ps aeruginosa>E.Coli.
